Rhonda Waggener 

A native of Alameda California, Rhonda Waggener attended Wayne's College of Beauty and studied the art of hair design specializing in theatrical and photography cosmetics. After relocating to Traverse City, she continued her education at Northwestern School of Cosmetology. She is certified in advanced color technology and  has extensive knowledge in Graham Webb European style hair cutting and design. She most enjoys color and cuts. Rhonda has been married for 29 years and has two adult children.
