Whittney Smith

The beauty industry is something that has always interested Whittney. Her career started at the young age of fourteen working as a receptionist in a well known hair salon in her home town south of Detroit. From that day forward, cosmetology became something she was passionate about! After completing Cosmetology in the spring of 2005, she went on to Western Michigan University where she spent three years studying business management. It didn't take long before she realized that the beauty industry was something she solely wanted to focus her career on, so she begin to study medical massage therapy at the Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences. New to the Traverse City area and recently completing her massage training, she is ready to focus on her career as a cosmetologist and massage therapist.
